The course consists of theory sections, everyday examples, audio files and videos, pictures and other aids to make the course content more meaningful and easier to understand. Please watch the presentation for more information about the course’s modules.

This depends on the individual. You choose when, where and how you want to complete the course. Completing the theory portion of the course on your computer, phone or surf pad takes approximately 8 hours. In addition to the theory portion, you can choose how much time you are willing, ready OR able to spend on the other parts of the course (i.e. written tasks, reflection exercises and practical exercises) that aim to enhance your learning experience. To get the most out of the course, we recommend that you practice the skills offered as often as possible with the teenagers closest to you.

For those of you who would like to learn while you walk, all course material is also available as audio files.   

You have access to the course for 6 months. Should you need/want more time to complete the course you are welcome to contact me.
